Many traditional keyboards are angled upwards at the back, forcing users to bend their wrists upwards while typing. This extended wrist position can increase tension in the hands, forearms, shoulders and neck over time. A flat or negative tilt is therefore to strive for. If using an ergonomic mouse like a Mousetrapper or just an armrest/wrist support together with a keyboard you'll benefit a lot by raising the front and lowering the back of the keyboard. It allows the hands to follow a more natural, relaxed angle and position, almost like the hands and finger “falling” downwards. But if you’re using a traditional mouse you should have the keyboard as flat as possible to not force the hands and fingers to be angled upwards.
